MOONSHOT SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER POLICY

Buy Moonshots, Inc. (“Moonshots,” “we,” “us” or “our”) may collect U.S. Social Security numbers (“SSNs”) in the ordinary course of our business. For example, we may collect SSNs for tax reporting purposes.

We have implemented certain technical, physical, and administrative safeguards that are designed, in part, to protect SSNs, prohibit unlawful disclosure of SSNs, and limit access to SSNs. Moonshot personnel are required to follow the safeguards that we maintain.

Moonshot maintains measures designed to limit access to SSNs to those who have a need to access SSNs to perform their job or services for Moonshot. Moonshot may disclose SSNs to service providers, auditors, advisors and other third parties who are legally or contractually obligated to protect such SSNs, or as required or permitted by law.

Once we no longer have a business need or legal obligation to retain an SSN, we maintain measures designed to dispose of records containing the relevant SSN.
